This program includes: 2 upper-body days, 2 lower-body, one day of only ABS and 2 rest/LISS(Low-intensity steady-state) cardio days.  Also, a Nutritional Guidance (Protein, Carb and Fats) AND A BUDGET-FRIENDLY GROCERY GUIDE.
